The Society of Bioengineers is an organization dedicated to enhancing educational and professional opportunities in the field of biotechnology. The association was formed at San Diego State University in the Fall of 2014. The association holds bi-weekly meetings with guest speakers from various segments of the biotech industry, and regularly hosts site visits to San Diego biotech companies.
